Welcome to The home of Doorstep Donations

Our aim is to simplify the process of donating re usable clothing to the Charity, School or Club of your choice.

Whilst helping several enterties raise vital funds we are also very keen to keep plastic pollution levels at a minimum. Therefore unlike other door to door businesses we do not post thousands of plastic bags through the door. If you wish to book a collection you can do so via our online user friendly booking system.

Subsequently the running cost is significantly lower for us as we do not have the plastic bags or labour to pay for meaning we can pay our Charities, Schools and Clubs a higher price than others who offer the door to door collection All our collection drivers wear high visual daggers vests and carry identification.

Will I get a time for my collection?

We can’t give times of collections but our drivers are out and starting from 8am.

Can the driver help with getting bags out the property?

No, our drivers are not insured to enter anyones property. Bags of clothing must be left outside or inside by your front door.

What happens if my bags are stolen?

Unfortunately, Doorstep Donation can not pay the charity or organisation you selected if there are no items to collect. Please leave the somewhere safe or inside your property for when we arrive.

Can I leave the bags outside if it’s raining?

Yes you can. Please ensure the items are in bags and covered if possible.

What happens to the items you donate?

All the items you donate are sold to be re used.

Why hasn’t the driver collected all my items?

Doorstep Donation drivers have the right to refuse any items that doesn’t fit the criteria of what we do and don’t accept.

Will you be adding more charities and organisations?

Yes, we will.

Do the Doorstep Donation drivers carry Identification?

Yes we do. If you want to double check this is us collecting feel free to ask the driver for his or her ID.
